Refund and Returns Policy
At Reten’s Sports Equipment, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, we offer a straightforward refund and returns process to make it easy for you.
Returns
Eligibility:
Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.

Return process:

Provide your order number and reason for the return.
We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to send your item back.
Return shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable except in cases where the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, etc.).
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage or defect.
We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including any shipping fees.
